Postage is free Australia wide. Our products come direct from the factory in China and we use express air freight. 

We can ship to any address in the Australia. Please ask for shipping to an international destination. 

Delivery is FREE australia wide and delivery dates are around 5-7 days after final approval of the finished bobblehead.

The normal time from payment to completion is around 15 working days and about 5-7 days for delivery assuming that the customer approves the proofs the same day they recieve them. 

We offer 2 sets of proofs during the making of your bobblehead, the first after the sculpting and then the next after the bobblehead is hand painted. To make sure you get the bobble head on time, please get back to the email with the proof as fast as possible as any changes can add time to the job.

Please note that we do not accept "change of mind" requests when the mould has been made and advise that if this is a necessity, you will be charged the costs before any changes are made.

You and those who receive your gifts will be delighted, as the approval process makes sure that the end product will be perfect for the occasion as you have control through the process and for any changes that you require with the sculpting of the booblehead and then painting.

Please note, all of our bobble heads are hand sculpted and variants in sizes from one order to another is considered acceptable. If you require the sizes to be the same, please specify this, but note that this cannot be guaranteed. 

Long hair in females may affect the bobbling of the heads, if you require significant bobbling, please provide photos of your person with hair up. 

So unlike many products this is a case of the old saying if you want a job done right do it yourself as the customer (you) have the final say all the way through the process of making your very own custom bobblehead.

Once you have approved your mould for painting, we cannot alter the features of the bobble head. You can request paint colour changes, but because we have your approval, the bobble head is painted and we cannot go back. Check the moulds carefully, if we cannot get the mould right based on your photos, you will be refunded. We cannot provide refunds for moulds which have been approved. 

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If a date is important to you, you can request a rush order for a fee. Paying for a rush order still does not guarantee a specific date, but it does make your order a priority. We will not be held responsible for any items that arrive past a date you have mentioned. We can only do our best.
